There are a variety of opportunities for the community or
individuals to participate in the Southfield Goodfellows assistance
effort:

- Sponsor food drives within your organization - collect
canned and packaged goods for distribution through the
Goodfellows food baskets.
- Grant money to the Goodfellows for the purchase of clothing
certificates for children and food certificates to supplement
those goods collected in food drives.
- Sponsor a “giving tree”. The Goodfellows provide your
organization with paper holiday tags, each listing the first
name, age and gender of a specific needy child in the
community.
- Knit hats, scarves, mittens and afghans.
- Buy, sew, or knit clothes to dress dolls that are purchased
by the Goodfellows.
- Provide locations for the newspaper sales which take place
on the Monday following Thanksgiving.
